Christopher Shotola-Hardt
Christopher Shotola-Hardt is a painter (MFA, Portland State University) who has exhibited in galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest, in New York, and in the Hallie Ford Museum of Art (Salem, OR) and the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art (Eugene, OR). Since 2004, he has been represented by Blackfish Gallery in Portland, Oregon (www.blackfish.com). His paintings and public art works are held in public and private collections in Oregon, Washington, California, New York, Vermont, Great Britain, and Germany. An art educator as well, Shotola-Hardt was named the 2018 Pacific Region Secondary Art Educator of the Year by the National Art Education Association, and was previously named the Oregon Art Educator of the Year in 2009 and the Oregon Secondary Art Educator of the Year in 2005 by the Oregon Art Education Association.
